Booking terms & house rules
The conditions of staying at Aurelia, 139 Jonson St, Byron Bay. Rates, availability and payment terms are confirmed through Beach Houses of Byron at the time of booking.
Booking & confirmation
- Bookings for Aurelia are made through the secure booking system operated by Beach Houses of Byron. Availability, rates, deposits and payment schedules are shown there at the time of booking.
- Your booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from Beach Houses of Byron.
- The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all guests staying at the residence.
- The terms presented and accepted at the time of booking form part of your agreement, together with the house rules on this page.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 3pm. Checkout is by 10am.
- Access details, including lift and underground parking instructions, are provided ahead of arrival.
- Early check-in or late checkout can be requested with Beach Houses of Byron and is subject to availability.
Occupancy
- The residence sleeps a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms (three queen beds and one double).
- Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight.
- The heated rooftop pool and terrace are shared facilities of the building and are used at guests' own risk, in line with building signage and any posted hours.
Conduct & the building
- No parties or events. No Schoolies bookings.
- No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property.
- Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am out of respect for other residents.
- Aurelia sits within the Jonson Lane precinct in central Byron Bay. Some street and precinct noise is a normal part of a central town address.
Care of the residence
- Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage or loss occurring during the stay and should report issues promptly.
- Please leave the residence secure, with rubbish removed and furniture in place.
- Breach of the house rules may result in the booking being terminated without refund, at the discretion of Beach Houses of Byron.
Changes & cancellations
- Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions are those set out by Beach Houses of Byron and shown at the time of booking. Please review them before you confirm.
- For any change to your dates or party, contact Beach Houses of Byron directly.
- Travel insurance is recommended to cover circumstances outside anyone's control.
